NYISO plans to bring most employees back to the headquarters building Nov. 1st and resume holding in-person stakeholder meetings on Nov. 17.

PJM members last week approved manual changes implementing the PJM seasonal verification rules, adding a transition period for units that have not been conducting the required tests.

New rules requiring temperature corrections of all steam generators should not have a major impact on PJM operations, an analysis shows.

PJM will require all steam generators to adjust their capacity ratings based on summer peak load conditions under manual changes outlined to the PC and MIC last week.
