MISO and PJM have again narrowed a list of “quick hit” flowgate projects with the potential to relieve market-to-market congestion.

MISO’s Market Monitor urged FERC last week to resolve a standoff between MISO and PJM over interface pricing that he said is costing consumers millions.

PJM is proposing a MISO scheduling product similar to the PJM-NYISO CTS solution that has conditional FERC approval to facilitate interchange optimization.
