The CAISO Board of Governors approved the membership of GridLiance after their purchase of the Valley Electric Association’s 230-kV transmission network.

The Valley Electric Association board of directors approved an agreement to sell the cooperative’s 230-kV transmission network to GridLiance for about $200 million.

GridLiance continues to gather up industry expertise, announcing that AEP's J. Calvin Crowder has joined as president of the  company's South Central region.

GridLiance closed its acquisition of Tri-County Electric Cooperative's ~410 miles of 69- and 115-kV transmission lines and related substation infrastructure.

GridLiance has made its first two acquisitions — 420 miles of 69-kV and 115-kV lines in Missouri and Oklahoma — and announced plans to bid on SPP’s first competitive transmission project.
