The Delaware General Assembly has passed a resolution opposing the PJM cost allocation for the Artificial Island project.

FERC issued orders  granting rehearing  to allow it more than 30 days to reconsider complaints that PJM’s use of DFAX is inappropriate for two projects.

FERC approved the controversial cost allocation of two PJM projects: a stability fix for Artificial Island and the Bergen-Linden Corridor upgrade.
