New Jersey lawmakers are considering a pile of proposed laws related to clean energy as the legislature nears its summer recess.

DOE announced the first 20 projects funded by the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law to expand U.S. manufacturing of batteries and components for EVs and the grid.

The California Energy Commission is funding battery recycling efforts to deal with the anticipated need to dispose of 60,000 metric tons by 2048.
