A preview of the 2022 State of Reliability Report presented at NERC's May Board of Trustees meeting showed that the bulk power system experienced its fewest hours without operator-initiated load shed in the last five years, although this was due mostly to the February 2021 cold weather event that caused massive outages in the Midwest and Texas. | NERC
